PBSC - Case It ... Kath!

Good Morning!

Wow I have to say that it seems like time has simply flown by this week, I can't believe it's the weekend already let alone that we are into the month of June! This year is going by super fast!

I'm back with a card to share today so don;t worry there's no tags in this post lol Before though I wanted to share a photo of my prize that arrived yesterday from winning a challenge over at Sketchy Challenges!

A fabulous Magazine and some gorgeous stamps ... the Perfect Pearls are not part of my prize, they were another win over on ebay! lol I just couldn't resist as they were half the price that I'd seen elsewhere.

Okay so this week's challenge over at PBSC is Case It and this month it is Kath's turn!

I wasn't too sure how my version would turn out but I have to say it is one of my favourite's that I have ever made.

Tim Holtz Creative Chemistry 101 - Day 8!

Good Morning!

I've got 3 more Tags to share with you today from the Creative Chemistry Classes, these are from Day 8's lessons which are using paints. Crackle paints and paint dabbers to be exact!

Before though I wanted to share a peek of my 2 ebay wins that arrived this week ... I won the alcohol inks for half the normal price and I had only seen the stamp set on the Simon Says Stamp wesbite ...

Now I just need to buy the alcohol ink tool & blending solution so I can have a play with the alcohol inks! lol

Tim Holtz Creative Chemistry 101 - Day 4!

Good Morning!

It's been a few days since I have shared some Tags from the Creative Chemistry Class so today I am making up for it! The tags are from the lessons on Day 4 which is all about using the re-inkers. Now the only re-inkers I have are for the Spring Ltd Edition Ink Pads so that's why these are the only 3 that I have used!

I'd like to enter this into the following challenges:

First up is the 'Watercolouring with Re-Inkers' Technique

I have finished the tag by going around the edges with Antique Linen Distress Ink.

Next is the 'Layered Misting' Technique.
You may recall that I had already made a tag using this technique but I wasn't too happy with it, hence why I have made another ...

Last up is the 'Custom Stamp Pad' Technique.

I wanted to share a photo of the ink pad  I created as it looks pretty neat when the colours spread out!

I have finished the tag by going around the edges with Antique Linen Distress Ink.

Papertake Weekly - Sketch!

Good Morning!

I hope you are all still enjoying the sunshine that were having in the UK atm! I have to admit that it is a little too hot for me but I attempted to grin and bear it on both Sunday & Monday afternoon to go through my back issues of Craft Stamper to find some projects I could try ....

However that will have to come after I have played with my new stash that finally arrived yesterday (it was due last Thursday but RM 'misplaced' it) so I can get some more Creative Chemistry Classes done! :)

PBSC - Monochrome Magic!

Good Morning!

I can't believe it is the weekend already, time has certainly flown this week! I have to admit that today's card may not fit the theme properly, which I have only just noticed now :/ The theme over at PBSC is Monochrome Magic and I chose pink, obviously you can use black for your outlines and sentiments. Although I think I may of used too much of it looking back ... Ah well you live and learn!
